Frequency of Board
Meetings:-
The Society shall meet whenever the Chairman thinks fit , provided that the Chairman shall call a meeting of the Society upon a written requisition of not less than 9 members.
The Board shall meet once in a year provided that the Chairman may , whenever he thinks fit and shall on the written requisition of not less than 9 members call a special meeting. Not less than 15 days notice shall be given of every meeting of the board and a copy of the proceedings shall be furnished to the State Government as soon as practicable after the meeting.

Nature and extend of involvement of faculty and students and
Mechanism for Good Governance
Apart from the academic advisory board meetings, the Principal used to convene periodic meetings with the faculty members to discuss the academic progresses, level of teaching and other academic/non academic matters. The HOD’s also convene frequent Departmental Meetings and the report will be submitted to the Principal. The Group tutors will be spending an hour each per week in their respective classes to gather the feed back and suggestions.
Student Feed back on Governance / Faculty performance
The Principal visits every class during each semester and collects the staff evaluation forms from each class, as per AICTE norms.
Grievance redressal mechanism for faculty, staff members and
students
College has got a very good group tutor system whereby each class will have a group tutor to whom the students can convey their grievances
Regarding the faculty and staff
the Principal and Management is always open for redressal of any kind of
grievances.
All the faculty members have the
freedom to meet the Principal at any time they wish to redress their
grievances, if any. Any grievance of the students will be addressed to the
Group tutor first which will be forwarded to the concerned HOD for effective
redressal . The problems, which are not solved yet, will be put forth before
the Principal.

NB:
Current Year and Previous Years:-85% of the total available seats (Govt. Quota)
in all branches are filled from the rank list published by the Commissioner for
Entrance Exams (CEE), Kerala. The remaining, 15%(NRI Quota) seats, are filled
by the college with preference given to candidates , based on the rank list
prepared on the basis of the total marks obtained in Mathematics, Physics and
Chemistry in the qualifying examination. The engineering diploma holders are
admitted directly to the 3rd semester in the concerned discipline.
Preference will be given for those who qualify entrance exam conducted by L B S
Center for Science and Technology, Kerala.
Past
Years:-50% of the total available seats (Govt. Quota) in all branches are
filled from the rank list published by the Commissioner for Entrance Exams
(CEE), Kerala. The remaining, 50%(Management Quota) seats, are filled by the
college with preference given to candidates who have qualified in the
Engineering Entrance Exam as per their rank or based on the rank list prepared
on the basis of the total marks obtained in Mathematics, Physics and Chemistry
in the qualifying examination. The engineering diploma holders are admitted
directly to the 3rd semester in the concerned discipline.
Preference will be given for those who qualify entrance exam conducted by L B S
Center for Science and Technology, Kerala.
